Design
Design(s) must be provided by the client. I accept .jpeg, .png, and pdf files. Once I have received the designs, a digital embroidery file of the image will be emailed to you for approval. For any designs that must be digitized prior to embroidery, a $40 digitizing fee will be added.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on quantity needed and design complexity. Most custom orders take 2-3 weeks to complete after the digital embroidery file has been approved.
